Choose talk, change lives.
On Thursday 6 February 2020, we need your help to get the nation talking about mental health.
This Time to Talk Day we want to encourage more conversations than ever before, so that we can bust myths and break down barriers – helping to end the isolation, shame and worthlessness that too many of us with mental health problems are made to feel.
We know that talking about mental health can feel awkward, but it doesn’t have to. This year, we’re using the popular game ‘Would you rather?’ to break the ice and get those conversations flowing.
We’ve got all the resources, tools and tips you need to choose talk and help change lives this Time to Talk Day.
