Covid 19 and mental health survey

It’s coming up to a year since the country first went into lockdown due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The Service User and Survivor Forum wants to gain a deeper understanding of how this has affected people living with mental health difficulties in North Tyneside. We would really appreciate it if you could complete the short survey below, sharing your experiences. The survey will close on Sunday 4th April.
